Dr Cassandra Faris practices in the Toombul clinic.

Dr Cassandra Faris is an experienced Medical Doctor with a demonstrated history of working in the medical practice over the past 14 years.

Her area of expertise is in Skin Cancer Detection, particularly early Melanoma and Non-Melanoma Skin Cancers. She has cultivated her Skin Cancer Detection and Surgical skills over the past 9 years, working predominantly in demographics which have high rates of Skin Cancer in Rural and Regional Australia. Dr Cassandra Faris prides herself in aiming to use her knowledge and skills to provide her patients with the best possible outcomes.

As a strong healthcare services professional having completed her undergraduate degree in North Queensland at James Cook University, obtaining her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 2010. A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, obtaining Fellowship in 2016. Dr Cassandra Faris has further undertaken post graduate studies at the University of Queensland, obtaining a Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer in 2019. This has been done in an endeavour to support her expertise in this field of Medicine and enhance her passion to deliver high quality healthcare to all Australians.

Private Long Consultation: $185.00 - Medicare Rebate: $82.90
Concession card holder standard consultation: $95.00 - Medicare Rebate: $42.85
Concession card holder long consultation: $145.00 - Medicare Rebate: $82.90
Non Medicare card holder fee: $160.00

Saturday fees (Toombul Clinic Only)

Private Standard Consultation: $170.00 - Medicare Rebate: $42.85
Private Long Consultation: $245.00 - Medicare Rebate: $82.90
Concession card holder reduced fees: not applicable during these periods.

Additional Fee Information

DVA Gold and White Card approved - Bulk Billed (not applicable after hours and Saturdays - full fee applies).
Biopsy Fees start from $50.00
Excision fees vary by procedure and you will be informed by the Dr at your appointment.
