Dr Donna Westbrook graduated with Honours from the University of Sydney and became a Specialist Anaesthetist in 1992, earning her Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. She worked in both public and private practice in Sydney before relocating to the Sunshine Coast, where she held senior roles including Senior Staff Specialist Anaesthetist, Director of Clinical Training, and Director of Perioperative Services until 2008.
In 2009, Dr Westbrook transitioned to Primary Care Skin Cancer Medicine in Brisbane, where she has practised for the past 16 years. She provides comprehensive skin checks and performs skin cancer excisions using a range of techniques, including simple excisions, flap repairs, and skin grafts. In addition, she offers minor procedures such as the removal of moles, skin tags, lipomas, cysts, telangiectasia, and age spots following consultation.
Dr Westbrook’s extensive training in skin cancer medicine and surgery is complemented by advanced qualifications in dermoscopy and histopathology, ensuring her patients receive thorough, evidence‑based care.
