Dr. Mohsen Hassani graduated from Ahwaz University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 2003. His dedication to the field of skin cancer medicine began in 2008, driven by the recognition of skin cancer as a significant health concern in Australia.
In 2017, Dr. Hassani earned a Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer from The University of Queensland, since then he has focused his career full-time on skin cancer medicine and surgery.
Dr. Hassani is recognised as an expert in complex skin cancer surgeries and has contributed to the medical field as a published author in the Australasian Journal of Dermatology. With a strong commitment to education, Dr. Hassani currently holds the position of Course Coordinator at The University of Queensland. He frequently travels to share his extensive knowledge and expertise through educational workshops on skin cancer medicine and surgery.
Dr. Hassani advocates for prevention, early detection, and individualised treatment strategies for skin cancer within primary care settings.
