Dr Sijo Samuel holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). He has also completed a Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and a Certificate in Dermoscopy, and is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia. He is a current candidate in the Masters of Medicine in Skin Cancer through the university of QLD

With a strong focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of skin cancer, Dr Samuel is committed to ongoing professional development. He regularly participates in advanced training and clinical workshops to remain at the forefront of evidence‑based skin cancer care.

Prior to specialising in skin cancer medicine, Dr Samuel gained broad surgical experience, which he now applies to achieve optimal cosmetic outcomes in skin cancer removal. In addition, he is highly skilled in the removal of benign skin lesions, including moles, seborrheic keratoses, warts, skin tags, lipomas, and epidermal cysts.
